A little about me...
My name is Julie Chapman. I am an experienced travel professional with over 25 years in the industry (23 of those as cabin crew for a world-renowned British flag carrying airline). I have built up a database of knowledge that I can't wait to share with you and believe me when I tell you that I know what it takes to deliver world class customer service!
As a travel fanatic I have visited locations across 5 out of 7 continents experiencing the delights, wonders and the not so great experiences of each ticking off my bucket list as I go. I have travelled extensively with my husband and our two children (Ages 11&13) and frequently as part of a large group made up of our family and closest friends. I know just how to get the most out of that special trip away. It is the attention to detail that matters, and I know I can help to make your trip one to remember!
Flying customers around the world has helped me to understand the frustrations some can have with their holiday experience and I am also very aware that travelling isn't easy for everyone. I have worked with many customers travelling with disabilities (Physical, Cognitive or Hidden) and understand the utmost importance that everyone should be able to travel with confidence and dignity.
