Is my booking secure when I choose the low deposit option?

Yes, your booking is completely secure when you book with a low deposit. You’ll simply pay the rest of your holiday amount within an allocated time frame.

How far in advance does my booking have to be to choose the low deposit option?

This depends on how far in advance our holiday supplier needs the full balance to be paid and will vary between suppliers. Typically, you can choose the low deposit option if it is up to eight weeks before the full payment is required. If you want to know whether a holiday you’re interested in is still available for a low deposit plan, please get in touch with a member of our travel team. 

Are any checks required to qualify for putting a low deposit down?
The only check we require to qualify for a low deposit holiday is that you agree with our terms and conditions. This agreement will be printed on your paperwork. 
What happens if I don’t pay the remainder of my balance on time?
If you don’t pay the remainder of your full deposit on time, we’ll automatically collect the remainder from the payment card details you have given us. However, if this fails, we'll aim to contact you and you’ll receive a letter from our Balance Collection Team. If the payments are still not met before the final balance is due, your holiday will be cancelled.
