Things to see and do in Bugibba

Although there are few beaches, bathers flock to the broad, flat rocks that lead into the sea to soak up rays beside crystal waters. With water so clear, snorkelling is very popular and there are some excellent dive sites to explore.

On dry land, you'll find a host of historical sites to explore, including the churches of the patron saints in St Paul’s Bay. Stroll the attractive main square and have a day of family fun at Bugibba’s Waterpark near the promenade.

And if you want to discover further afield, Malta’s famously good bus service makes it easy. A short bus ride away, Malta’s bustling capital Valletta calls culture vultures to fawn over Baroque palaces, the National Museum of Fine Arts, and one of Europe's oldest playhouses, the Manoel Theatre
