Welcome to Hays Travel Widnes I'm Claire. I’m extremely proud to be the branch manager, I have been in the travel industry for 20 years and absolutely love my job. I have 2 children who I love to spend time with when I'm not busy finding my customers the perfect holiday! I have worked for Hays Travel for the last 2 years and it’s a fantastic company to work for. What I love most about it are all the different customers that visit the branch on a daily basis; it doesn't matter what type of holiday the customer is booking, they still get the same service from myself and my team. My favourite holiday destinations are Italy, Mexico and the USA. I love to sell cruises and I often do training courses to keep my knowledge up to date with all the new ships.

Let me introduce you to my team, who all share my passion for travel and customer service.

Sarah our Assistant Manager joined us from Warrington Store in June 2019 and has over 14 years experience, her favourite destination is Turkey and if she could go anywhere in the world on holiday it would be Australia. Jo started her travel career 22 years ago. She has lived in Majorca working as a rep she loves to travel to Turkey her knowledge is amazing. She is also our Florida expert having been many times with her family. Marie has over 20 years experience in travel and is our cruise expert having been on over 12 herself! Her favourite food is Italian, her favourite destinations are Las Vegas, Florida & the Caribbean. Emma is our newbie to travel having joined us in July 2018, she has a real passion for travel and we are thrilled she has chosen Hays to start her career in this wonderful industry. Her top destinations on her bucket list include Thailand & Canada. Becky joined us in September 2017 and has over 20 years experience in travel her knowledge is incredible She’s our TRAVEL BIBLE! She has 2 children and has some amazing holidays including Barbados, Mauritius,,Mexico & Lapland to name a few!
