About this tour
Arrive in Costa Rica’s vibrant capital, San José, where you’ll meet your group before heading into the lush countryside towards La Fortuna. Along the way, learn to make traditional Costa Rican tortillas before sitting down to a delicious local lunch.
Continue to La Fortuna, set against the spectacular backdrop of Arenal Volcano. Take to the waters of Lake Arenal for a kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding experience, surrounded by stunning scenery and tropical landscapes.
Travel onwards to Monteverde, journeying through beautiful countryside and into the famous cloud forest. As night falls, discover the rainforest on a guided night walk, keeping watch for fascinating nocturnal wildlife. The following day is yours to explore, with optional adventures including ziplining, horseback riding, and more.
Continue to Manuel Antonio, where golden beaches and abundant wildlife await. Choose from a range of optional activities, from surfing and mangrove kayaking to a sunset catamaran cruise. Then, explore Manuel Antonio National Park with a local guide, looking out for monkeys, sloths, colourful birds and other tropical wildlife.
