Win Your Spending Money Back Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Win Your Spending Money Back (the "Promotion") is promoted by Hays Travel Limited (the "Promoter"), registered office: Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.       All entrants must be aged 18 or over and UK residents.

2.       Promoter employees and family members of employees are not permitted to enter. If an employee family member is selected as the winner, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.

3.       To qualify, the entrant must purchase Hays Travel Money on Thursday 16 July between 00:01 and 23:59. Eligible purchases include:

a.       Foreign Currency purchased in a Hays Travel branch or on the Hays Travel online website (Click & Collect); and

b.       Hays Travel Money Card purchases made in a Hays Travel branch or on the Hays Travel online website.

Minimum spend of £200 on Click & Collect orders only. Customers must provide a valid email address as part of the transaction. Each qualifying transaction will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

4.       Prize: One (1) winner will receive a refund equal to the value of their qualifying Travel Money purchase, up to a maximum prize value of £1,000. Where the qualifying purchase exceeds £1,000, the maximum prize awarded will be £1,000. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available other than the refund of the qualifying purchase value.

5.       The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.

6.       The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 23 July 2026 by Hays Travel. The winner will be notified within seven (7) calendar days of the draw via the email address provided at the time of purchase.  Hays Travel shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winners’ spam, junk e-mail, missed notification or other security settings or for the winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

7.       The winner will have five (5) calendar days from receipt of the winning notification to:

a. Acknowledge the prize via the instructions in the notification;

b. Provide valid identification in the form of a passport or driving licence; and

c. Confirm acceptance of the prize.

8.       If the winner does not respond within five (5) calendar days of notification, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9.       The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.  The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative prize.

11.  The Promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in relation to the Promotion or prize. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Promoter's negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.  The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14.  The prize will be awarded by refunding the value of the winning qualifying Travel Money purchase (up to £1,000) using a method determined by the Promoter. The Promoter will contact the winner to arrange the refund.

15.  The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable, unpaid publicity relating to the Promotion.

17.  The winner's surname and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Hays Travel, Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA, within thirty (30) calendar days after the Promotion closes. If the winner objects to their surname and county being made available, they should notify the Promoter in writing. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose this information where required by law or to the Advertising Standards Authority.

18.  This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
