Contract for Supply of Goods
Any purchase made through this promotion constitutes a contract solely between the customer and Gruum ("the Supplier"). The Supplier is responsible for accepting orders, processing payments, fulfilling orders, and supplying all goods purchased under this promotion.

Supplier Terms and Conditions
All purchases are subject to the Supplier's own terms and conditions, which can be accessed by clicking here. By proceeding with a purchase, customers agree to be bound by the Supplier's terms and conditions. One free set per person, while stocks last. No cash or alternative product will be offered in place of the free set. Delivery charge applies. Promotion available to UK/NI only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other gruum offer or discount.

Role of Hays Travel
Hays Travel acts only as a promoter of this offer and is not a party to any contract entered into between the customer and the Supplier. Hays Travel has no involvement in the sale, payment processing, manufacture, delivery, quality, return, exchange, or warranty of any goods supplied by the Supplier.

Customer Enquiries and Complaints
Any enquiries, complaints, claims, requests for refunds, returns, replacements, or other issues relating to the goods or services provided under this promotion must be directed to the Supplier, who shall be solely responsible for resolving such matters.

Supplier Liability
The Supplier shall be fully responsible for the performance of its obligations to customers and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the promotion and the supply of goods.

Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hays Travel accepts no liability for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience suffered by any customer arising out of or in connection with the goods supplied by the Supplier or the Supplier's conduct of the promotion.
