Sunderland Keel Square Branch

We are one of the newer Hays Travel stores based in Sunderland city centre, we opened December 2018!

I am Louise the Branch Manager. I have over 30 years experience in travel and have also travelled to many destinations. My favourite type of holiday is cruise as I love to see more than one destination and cruising is the best way to do that.

Kirsty is our Assistant Manager. She has worked for Hays Travel for 10 years. Her favourite destinations she has travelled to is Tenerife & New York. She has also been to party destinations many times so can help with young and lively holidays. Aaron is our second year apprentice who joined us in August 2018. His favourite destination is Turkey. He's been on 21 holidays to Turkey so has a wide range of knowledge. Christine is our Foreign Exchange consultant. She is here to help with all your holiday money requirements. She has also travelled far and wide and is always around to answer any questions on destinations shes travelled to. Beth has just joined our store in April 2019. She has worked at Hays Travel for 5 years in both retail and head office departments. Her favourite holidays to sell are young and lively! She will be with us until October 2019 when she leaves to have her little girl. Alice is our brand new first year apprentice who joined us in August 2019. Her favourite destination to travel to is Benidorm on her family holiday. She has been 3 times and can help with any holiday enquiries or questions you may have.

We book all types of holidays from UK breaks to long haul, cruise, multi centres, young and lively & luxury. We are independent too so will find a holiday that's right for you! Between us we have a wealth of knowledge to share with you all! We can't wait to see you all soon!

As we are a new branch we have not yet done anything as part of our local community partnership. We will be looking for opportunities to help out and get involved in our local community.
