Welcome to the Portsmouth Cascades branch.

My name is Chloe. After two decades of work in the travel industry I am proud to be back in a store I love, this time as Manager. I started work in Portsmouth Cascades as an apprentice and although I have seen many changes over the years my love and enthusiasm for travel and my excitement over helping people to realise their dream holidays has never changed.

Let me introduce you to my team:

Trina is a hard working mum of four who is doing the impossible in caring for her family and joining us three days a week. Trina is an expert on Dubai and Florida and loves nothing more than visiting a five star hotel and sharing her experiences with our customers. Chloe 'B' is young and enthusiastic, nothing is too much trouble for the lovely miss. She is well versed in the holiday hot spots of Europe and is looking to visit more. Jade joins us straight from our Chichester office. Now nearing the end of her travel apprenticeship Jade is keen to show her customers what she has learned. If you have a question about cruises, ask Jade! Louise has spent a couple of years travelling the world and has now returned to Portsmouth! What Louise doesn't know about adventuring around the worlds most exotic destinations isn't worth knowing! Carley has returned to the Cascades store after time spent working for a tour operator. Carley is undoubtedly our Benidorm expert, she is the one to talk to about your hen or stag trip to Spain's happiest resort. Jonathan, the old man of the office is usually found in our Bureau de Change but 30 years in the travel industry means he is more than able to help with your holiday too. His favourite destination ranges from Sri Lanka to Russia and Budapest to Canada, he changes his mind every day.
