Caribbean Cruise
The Caribbean is a firm favourite of mine think turquoise what, white sand and food that's as vibrant as the islands themselves. From Jerk chicken straight off a beachside grill in Jamaica to fresh conch fritters in the Bahamas. Every stop brings something different to try. It's the kind of cruise that suits everyone, whether you want to spend your days snorkelling reefs or simply relaxing with a rim punch and watching the sunset.

River Cruise, Provence & Burgundy
Provence is where I'd send anyone who loves good food & slower travel. Gliding along the Rhone, you wake up in a new village most mornings, markets full of fresh produce, lavender fields and vineyards as far as the eye can see. the food here is exceptional. think bouillabaisse, local chesses and wine tastings right where the grapes are grown. It's relaxed, indulgent and exactly why river cruising has become such a big part of what I do.

Cape town is somewhere I always recommend to clients wanting a real dream destination, dramatic scenery, incredible wildlife and a food scene that genuinely surprises people. You've got Table Mountain on one side, world class vineyards in Stellenbosch on the other and some of the best seafood I've had anywhere straight from the harbour at the V&A Waterfront. It's a destination that stays with you long after you come home.
