I'm John, for the last 22 years I have owned my own IT consultancy business which has taken me all over the world for which I am extremely grateful, travelling to so many places worldwide has given me a fantastic grounding to assist people find their perfect holiday.

I'm Tracey Ann, I started my career as a travel consultant in 1993 and spent eight years in the industry, working in my local travel agency Bislands Travel in Renfrew, Scotland, I then worked with Lunn Poly and Barrhead Travel before moving into college education teaching Travel and Tourism to up and coming Travel Consultants.

We have been operating since October 2022 and have built up a loyal customer base; we are also getting a reputation for providing a first-class service and amazing deals. 

Being part of the UK’s largest independent agency gives us a wealth of buying power with our suppliers. This makes us extremely competitive in price with those extra added benefits of our personal service. 

We are not here to simply book your holiday, we are here to provide a free of charge Concierge Service from the planning stage of your holiday and throughout the whole lifecycle of the booking, we are also available to support you if anything goes wrong during your holiday and provide full post-holiday support.

If things do go wrong, we help take the stress out of the situation by being available to support you, you don’t need to phone a call-centre, you call us personally and we do the rest.

Being homeworkers for Hays Travel, we pride ourselves in being available for hours when the high street shops are closed, we are available early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
