Jemma started with Hays Travel over five years ago, and as the business has continued to grow from strength to strength, Phil has recently joined the team. Working together means we can offer even more support, flexibility and expertise to our customers.

One thing that makes us different is that we don't work the typical 9–5. You'll often find us at our desks well into the evening and throughout the weekends, so we're available when it's convenient for you - not just during office hours.

We both love to travel, but cruising is where Jemma's passion really shines. As one of the top 15 cruise sellers among Hays Travel's home working Personal Travel Consultants, she has extensive knowledge of the cruise industry and has sailed with P&O Cruises, MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean International and Virgin Voyages. Whether you're an experienced cruiser or thinking about booking your very first cruise, we'll help you find the perfect ship and itinerary to suit you, your family and your budget.

Phil is our sports travel specialist. A keen angler, he enjoys both carp and sea fishing, and when he's not by the water you'll often find him on the golf course or the ski slopes. If you're looking for sporting holidays, fishing trips, golf breaks, ski holidays or tickets to major sporting events, Phil will be delighted to help you find the perfect package.

While cruising and sports travel are our specialist areas, we book so much more. From relaxing beach holidays and luxury escapes to city breaks, family adventures, touring holidays, safaris, Disney holidays and tailor-made itineraries, if you want to go there, we'll help you get there!

As a husband and wife business, we genuinely care about every holiday we book.
