My favourite short-haul destination would have to be Tenerife! 

It's a place I absolutely love and as a family we happily return time and time again.

For me, Tenerife has the perfect mix of beautiful beaches, year round sunshine, fantastic hotels, great food and plenty to see and do.

One of the things I love the most is the variety.  You can spend your days relaxing on the beaches of the south, explore traditional towns and villages, enjoy the island's amazing scenery or take a trip to the incredible Mount Teide, or of course, there's Siam Waterpark for anyone who loves a bit of excitement!

Tenerife is also a destination I love recommending because there are so many different resorts and hotels to choose from, so whether you're looking for a family friendly, adults only, luxury or an all inclusive, I can help find the right area and hotel for you."

My favourite long haul destination would have to be the Maldives.

It will always hold a very special place in my heart as this is where I spent my honeymoon, and it truly was everything I had dreamed it would be.

From the moment you arrive, the Maldives feels like paradise, with it;s powder-white beaches, crystal clear turquoise waters, swaying palm trees and picture perfect sunsets, it really is as beautiful in person as it looks in the photos.

What I love most about the Maldives is that every island offers something a little different.  You can stay in a stunning overwater villa, wake up just steps from the beach, snorkel amongst incredible marine life, enjoy romantic dinners overlooking the ocean or simply switch off, relax and enjoy being somewhere truly special.

Having experienced the Maldives for my own honeymoon means I understand just how important it is to get those little details right, particularly when you're planning a honeymoon, anniversary or a once in a lifetime holiday.  Choosing the right island, resort, board basis and accommodation can make such a difference to your experience.

And while the Maldives is famous for romance, it isn't just for honeymooners! There are some fantastic resorts for families, couples, luxury escapes, diving and water sports, so there really is a Maldives experience for everyone.

For me, the Maldives created memories that I'll treasure forever, and I love having the opportunity to help my customers create their own.

My other favourite long haul destination is the Dominican Republic.

The Dominican Republic is one of those destinations that has everything you could want from a Caribbean escape from gorgeous beaches, tropical beaches, beautiful resorts to the relaxing feeling as soon as you arrive.

If your idea of paradise is soft white sand, turquoise Caribbean waters this destination certainly delivers.

The Dominican Republic is brilliant for all inclusive holidays, with options ranging from luxurious adults only resorts perfect for couples and honeymoons to fun filled family resorts with pools, entertainment and activities for everyone.

It's a destination I love recommending because it can work for everyone, so whether you're planning a romantic getaway, honeymoon, family holiday, celebration or simply just after some well deserved Caribbean sunshine.
