Hannah Sorensen
Hi, I’m Hannah, a Personal Travel Consultant with Hays Travel, specialising in escorted tours, river cruises and rail journeys.
I’m not much of a lie-by-the-pool-for-two-weeks person; I like to get out, explore and understand a little about where I am. After many years living and working in Mallorca, including on yachts, I now help my customers find the itineraries that are worth their money and get the details right.
Most of my clients could book their own holidays; they just prefer having me do it for them.

Mallorca, Spain
I lived here for almost 25 years, so I can help you find the Mallorca beyond the obvious resorts and busiest beaches.

Helsinki, Tallinn and Riga
Three very different Baltic cities that work beautifully together, with fascinating history, excellent food and enough free time to explore independently. I travelled these cities on an escorted tour May 2026.

Sailing with HX aboard MS Fridtjof Nansen
My third isn’t a place, but a ship. Sailing with HX aboard MS Fridtjof Nansen showed me how much the right ship, expedition team and style of exploring matter when every day is shaped by weather, wildlife and opportunity. I came home understanding exactly who would love expedition cruising - and who wouldn’t.
