Travel has been my career, my passion and a huge part of my life for over 25 years.

I’m Emma, an Independent Personal Travel Consultant, and while the way we book holidays has changed enormously over the years, the way I look after my clients never has.

I grew up and spent most of my life on the Isle of Wight, which will always be home to me, and I now live in Kent, which I’m equally proud to call home. Over the years, I’ve built an incredibly loyal client base across both communities and throughout the UK.

In a world where there are now so many independent travel agents to choose from, I believe experience, reputation and longevity really matter. I’m incredibly proud of my reviews and client feedback, but what means even more to me is the number of clients who return year after year and recommend me to their friends and family.

For me, being a travel consultant is about far more than simply finding a holiday online. It’s about experience, knowing the industry, understanding who you’re booking with and being there when things don’t quite go to plan. That knowledge and confidence comes from more than 25 years of doing a job I genuinely love.

Being independent also means being personal. You’re not simply a booking number in a call centre, you deal with me. I take the time to get to know my clients, what they love, what they don’t and what really matters to them when they travel.

From family holidays and cruises to luxury escapes and once-in-a-lifetime adventures, I’m there from the first conversation, throughout the planning and right through until you return home.

My reputation is attached to every holiday I arrange, and I never take that responsibility for granted.

After more than 25 years in travel, the greatest compliment isn’t simply receiving a lovely review. It’s when a client comes back year after year and asks:

“Where are we going next, Emma?”
