Caroline Metcalf

Hi, I'm Caroline
Thank you for visiting my page. I'd love to tell you a little about myself and how I can help with your next holiday.
I have worked in the travel industry for over 32 years, giving me a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you plan the perfect trip with complete confidence.
My travel career began when I joined my local Hays Travel branch straight from school at the age of 15. After spending more than 18 years in retail travel, I became a Personal Travel Consultant with Hays Travel in 2012, allowing me to offer a more personal, tailored service to my customers.
I specialise in all types of holidays worldwide, including beach holidays, city breaks, luxury escapes, cruises, rail journeys, ski trips, escorted tours, and once-in-a-lifetime adventures. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway, a family holiday, a special celebration, or an unforgettable bucket-list experience, I'm here to help every step of the way.
Travel has always been my passion, and I've been fortunate enough to explore some incredible destinations across the globe, including New York, Chicago, Toronto, California, Las Vegas, Florida, Thailand, Bali, Malaysia, Switzerland, Egypt, Mexico, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Spain, and many cruise destinations. These experiences allow me to offer first-hand knowledge and genuine recommendations to help make your holiday truly special.
As an independent Personal Travel Consultant, I pride myself on providing friendly, honest advice, exceptional customer service, and support from the moment you book until you return home.
I look forward to helping you create your next unforgettable travel experience.
Get in touch today and let's start planning your perfect holiday.

Places that make me smile

  • Florida

    Florida

Florida’s a dream if you love the great outdoors which I do, with a wealth of warm waters, tranquil mangrove forests, and pristine white beaches. You've also got the world's most exciting theme parks to play in. Shopping malls and outlets are fabulous too in Florida. We have now visited Florida 15 times and hopefully be back again very soon.

  • Las Vegas

    Las Vegas

What is not to love about Sin City? Gambling 24/7, outstanding shows and entertainment, great restaurants, amazing nightlife, zip lining along Fremont Street, shopping, some of the best hotels in the world. Vegas is an adults playground!

  • Rome

    Rome

Rome is my most favourite city that I have visited.
From the iconic Colosseum to the romantic Trevi Fountain to the grandeur of Vatican City. Rome is a city that captivates the hearts of all who wander its cobblestone streets.
