Cancún will always hold a special place in my heart. Beyond its stunning turquoise waters, soft white-sand beaches, and vibrant Mexican culture, it’s a destination filled with unforgettable memories for me. In fact, it’s where I got engaged 21 years ago, making it one of the most meaningful places I’ve ever visited.

From the moment I first experienced Cancún, I was captivated by its beauty: crystal-clear seas perfect for swimming and snorkelling, luxurious resorts, and an atmosphere that effortlessly blends relaxation with adventure. But it’s the personal connection that makes it truly magical. That unforgettable moment on its breath-taking shores shaped so much of my life, and every visit since brings back a wave of joy, nostalgia, and gratitude.

Whether you’re seeking romance, excitement, or simply a place to unwind, Cancún has a special kind of charm that stays with you long after you leave. For me, it will forever be a destination filled with love, sunshine, and cherished memories.

France has become one of my all-time favourite destinations, not just for its beauty but for the many years of memories my family and I have made there. We’ve travelled all over the South West and the Roussillon region, exploring charming towns, peaceful countryside, and sun-soaked coastlines with our children. Each trip has added another layer to my love for this incredible part of the world.

What draws me back time and time again is the wonderfully laid-back lifestyle. There’s something so special about slow mornings with fresh pastries, relaxed afternoons wandering through local markets, and evenings spent enjoying simple, delicious food in the warm glow of a French sunset. Life feels calmer, more intentional, and beautifully unhurried there.

After so many years of visiting, I feel such a deep connection to the region that I’d love to have a permanent place there one day—a home where I can soak in that peaceful atmosphere whenever I like and continue creating memories with the people I love most.

France isn’t just a holiday destination for me; it’s a place that feels like it could truly be home.

This year I visited Zante for the first time—and I completely fell in love with the island. From the charming streets and harbour views of Zante Town to the breathtaking coastline, every moment felt like discovering a new hidden gem.

One of the highlights for me was exploring the island by boat. Cruising along the coastline gave me the chance to see Zante from a whole new perspective: crystal-clear waters, dramatic cliffs, secret coves, and some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever set foot on. Each stop felt more magical than the last.

But the most unforgettable moment came at the Caves of Love, a spot that already feels enchanted. It was there that I witnessed my son proposing to his girlfriend—an absolutely spectacular moment that I’ll treasure forever. To be part of such a special memory, in such a stunning place, is something I’m incredibly grateful for.

Zante has captured my heart with its beauty, warmth, and the precious memories it gave our family. It’s a destination I’ll always hold close, and one I can’t wait to return to.
