The facilities at MYND Yaiza include: four outdoor pools including two children's freshwater pools; splash park, whirlpool, solarium with loungers, parasols, and towels; two restaurants, buffet breakfast, two bars, lounge, Family Space, Relax Zone, spa with whirlpool, saunas, indoor pool, and gym; kids' camp, bike centre, outdoor sports area, complimentary Wi-Fi access, parking, minimarket, and 24-hour reception with safety deposit boxes. MYND Yaiza has a total of 230 modern guest units across 11 categories and the Family Space and Relax Zone; ranging from Double Rooms through to Superior Suites with Private Pool. Double Rooms in the Family Space are kitted out with a balcony or terrace with views of the garden and pool, double bed with super comfortable mattress and pillows (some have an additional children's bed), television, natural light, air-conditioning, fire protection system, 43-inch HD satellite television with Chromecast, complimentary safety deposit box, clothes line, telephone, Wi-Fi access, USB charger, minibar, and bathroom with shower, toiletries, and hairdryer. NB: family and adjoining rooms and cots are also available.

LAMESA offers a buffet breakfast from 07:30 to 11:30 with a wide variety of fruit, sausages, pastries, Canarian items, dairy, juices, plus vegan and vegetarian choices; followed by an evening à la carte menu from 18:00 to 22:45 with sharing dishes, bowls, salads, rice, pasta, Atlantic options, desserts, children’s meals, and hot and cold drinks. LALLAMA serves from 18:30 to 22:30 with international, Spanish, and local cuisine cooked on the joster oven, including grilled fish and meat, seafood and rice, cold and warm dishes, sides, desserts, children’s meals, and a full drinks selection. ALAGUA Pool Bar (10:00–18:00) offers cold and warm dishes, drinks, cocktails, and sangria. ELHOLA Lobby Bar (16:00–00:00) serves beers, wine, pre‑dinner cocktails, and nightcaps.
