Playa Blanca Restaurant is the place for buffet-style fare - including traditional Majorcan dishes such as frito Mallorquin, roast suckling pig, and sobrasada and camaiot sausages; and Spanish and international dishes like seafood special, a selection of grilled meat and fish, or crispy pizzas from the Italian corner. Guethary Restaurant is run by renowned chef Aitor Arregi and the Elkano team and specialises in grilled fish and seafood from the Mediterranean and highlighting the Majorcan culinary landscape - comprising two options: a nine-course tasting menu plus desserts and also a menu of local fish, seafood, and meat masterfully prepared over the grill’s embers.

During high season - the Pool Bar is the spot to relax and savour a wide selection of cocktails and soft drinks and Sunset Champagne Bar lets you watch the sunset and enjoy chill-out music as you sip a glass of the best champagne. Discover an excellent selection of drinks while listening to live saxophone performances and jazz music and a snack menu from 12:00 to 16:00 at Mar Blau Bar.
