  Chicago impresses with its iconic skyline, world‑class attractions, and lakeside setting. Admire architectural masterpieces along the Chicago River, stroll the shores of Lake Michigan, and visit renowned landmarks such as Millennium Park and Willis Tower. From acclaimed museums to legendary dining and entertainment, the Windy City offers an unforgettable urban experience.

• Day 4-5: Chicago, Illinois > Memphis, Tennessee

• Day 6-7: Memphis, Tennessee

  Memphis is set on the Mississippi river and combines history and a host of attractions for visitors to uncover. The city is well-known for the influential strains of blues, soul and rock 'n' roll that originated there, so it's worth paying a visit to B.B. King's Blues Club for a taste of Tennessee nightlife. Memphis Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum is also a top spot for an insight into the real name of rock 'n' roll; here you can find the roots of the rhythms that move us to this day, from the funky sounds of soul to the irresistible beat of rock. History lovers can pay a visit to Cotton Row and relive the days of cotton traders and discover how their empires were created and how cotton changed the nation. Explore the Victorian Village for a look at 18th century Victorian-style homes that were once filled with riverboat tycoons and cotton magnates, and have now been carefully restored and are available for visitors to tour.

  New Orleans — known as the 'Crescent City' and the 'Big Easy' — sits on the Mississippi River and is home to world-class restaurants, lush green landscapes and a vibrant music and night-time scene. Wander the streets of the French Quarter and visit restaurants serving traditional Creole fare and listen to street musicians playing lively Jazz. Take a steamboat cruise along the river, visit historic Jackson Square or experience the carnival atmosphere of Mardi Gras World.

• Day 13: Cozumel, Mexico

  Arrive on the 48km-long and 16km-wide Mexican island of Cozumel in the Caribbean Sea; famous for its chilled-out vibes, stunning scenery, amazing diving sites, rich culture, and wonderful beaches. One of Mexico's most popular ports of call, Cozumel is home to Arrecifes de Cozumel National Park where you can dive around part of the Mesoamerican Reel and the Museo Subacuático de Arte’s submerged sculptures. Discover Chankanaab eco-park on a lagoon complete with underwater caverns and awash with manatees, sea turtles, and dolphins. San Miguel reveals the Sea Walls – 36 large-scale public murals created by local and international artists to raise awareness about ocean conservation - vibrant Benito Juárez Plaza, and The Cozumel Museum; and leads to the laid-back beach life on Playa Palancar. Head deep into the jungle to visit the once-sacred Mayan site of San Gervasio.

• Day 14: Roatán (Bay Islands), Honduras

  Rotatan sits at the heart of the Caribbean Bay Islands in Honduras. This paradise island forms part of the huge Mesoamerican Barrier Reef and is lined with white sandy beaches and tropical fish-filled turquoise waters. Visit the island's capital, Coxen Hole, or spend time at nearby Mahogany Bay. Venture east to Roatan Institute of Marine Sciences, Roatan Museum, Carambola Gardens, and Rotatan Marine Park at the cultural centre of Sandy Bay. Head to the southwest to bustling West Bay Beach with its offshore coral reef. Keep your eyes peeled for the indigenous Lala Monkey, Jesus Lizard, and the Red Lored Parrot, or scuba dive with reef sharks at the Cara a Cara dive site.

• Day 15: Harvest Caye, Belize

  Harvest Caye is a private island exclusively owned by the Norwegian Cruise Line. This 75-acre oasis is located in southern Belize and boasts an expansive pool with a swim-up bar, cascading waterfall, and private canopy cabanas to hire; a large marina with food and bar area; a saltwater lagoon for water sports such as kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and electric float boats; and an exclusive seven-acre beach. Get up close to the local wildlife at the Nature Centre or shop for famous-name brands and local Belizean crafts at the Shopping Village. Witness mainland views from the observation deck and enjoy an aerial adventure at the Flighthouse or go snorkelling at the world's second-largest barrier reef, Belize Barrier Reef.

• Day 16: Costa Maya, Mexico

  Costa Maya sits on the Caribbean coastline of Mexico's eastern Yucatán Peninsula and is famous for its natural wonders, amazing diving, and ancient Mayan ruins. Spend the day at Costa Maya's largest town Mahahual - bask on its pristine beaches, try your hand at water sports like paddle boarding, or go fishing for local tuna, snapper, and marlin. The offshore Banco Chinchorro Biosphere Reserve's reefs and mangroves are teeming with sharks, dolphins, and turtles; while to the north, you can keep your eyes peeled for jaguars, monkeys, and hundreds of bird species at Sian Ka'an Biosphere. Relish tubing or kayaking on the turquoise waters of Laguna Bacalar - the Lake of Seven Colours - and step back to Mayan times at the Museum of the Mayan Culture in Chetumal and the mystical Chacchoben, Kohunlich, Dzibanche, and Kinichna Ruins.
