My name is Tracey and I am the new store manager. I have over 20 years experience in the travel industry and love making people's dreams come true. I have a passion for cruise and have been lucky enough to have done over 30 cruises with many companies. My favourite destination is Mexico because this is where I renewed my wedding vows.

Harriette has 4 years experience and previously worked for Thomas Cook. She has a vast knowledge of experience in many areas, her favourite destination is Jamaica. Harlee has also previously worked for Thomas Cook. She is our 2nd year modern apprentice, her favourite destination is Barcelona. Molly is the newest member of the team and her favourite destination is Corfu. Alice is our foreign exchange consultant. Tessa is our new travel academy student who has travelled to many destinations and has lived in both New Zealand and Australia
