Dining quickly became one of the highlights of my sailing.

At La Cucina, Emerald Kaia’s main dining venue, guests can choose between elegant indoor seating or dining al fresco against a backdrop of changing horizons. Menus showcase fresh ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, and flavours that rival top land-based restaurants.

For lighter bites throughout the day, Solea, the yacht’s relaxed poolside restaurant, offers a more casual atmosphere without compromising on quality. And then there’s the Night Market Grill, an Asian-inspired private dining experience for up to eight guests. Intimate, atmospheric and full of flavour, this exclusive dining experience adds another layer to the yacht’s elevated culinary offering.

Whilst I was onboard, the crew were nothing short of exceptional. Warm, intuitive, and genuinely attentive, they somehow managed to anticipate every need without ever feeling intrusive. With such a high crew-to-guest ratio, service onboard felt deeply personal. The kind that made me feel instantly comfortable and completely looked after from beginning to end.
