This prize draw is promoted by Hays Travel Limited (“HTL”) (registered number 01990682), whose registered office is at Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA.

1. Eligibility
The prize draw (“the Contest”) is open only to individuals who complete the online entry form and who are 18 years of age or over at the date of entry.
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom only and is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of HTL, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers (including Louis Hotels and Jet2), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
2. Agreement to Rules
By entering this Contest, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
The decisions of HTL are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales.
3. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted from 09/01/26 at 00:01 and will close on 11/01/26 at 23:59.
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, entrants must complete the online entry form available HERE
Entrants must provide their first name, surname and email address.
When completing the form, entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from HTL. If an entrant opts in, their details will be retained by HTL for marketing purposes. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or by contacting a Hays Travel branch to opt out.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified at HTL’s sole discretion.
Internet access is required to enter.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
• A 7-night hotel stay for 2 adults, courtesy of Louis Hotels
• Return flights with luggage for 2 adults, courtesy of Jet2
The prize is subject to availability and must be booked through Hays Travel, who acts as an agent for the principal suppliers, with whom the winner will have a contract with
Important prize conditions:
• Accommodation is subject to Louis Hotels’ own terms and conditions, which will apply to the winner’s stay.
• Flights are subject to Jet2’s own terms and conditions, including baggage allowances, flight schedules and operational requirements.
• Travel dates, destination, hotel, room type and flight details are subject to availability and supplier restrictions.
• The prize does not include transfers, travel insurance, meals (unless otherwise stated by the hotel), spending money, visas, taxes, or any other costs not expressly stated.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
• Any changes requested after booking may incur additional costs, payable by the winner.
• The winner must be named on the booking.
HTL accepts no responsibility if the winner is unable to redeem the prize due to circumstances beyond HTL’s control.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries under the supervision of HTL.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 21 days of the Contest closing date.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to respond within 14 days of notification, HTL reserves the right to select an alternative winner. HTL shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail, missed notification or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
The winner may be required to provide valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence) to verify eligibility. The winner’s receipt of the prize offered in this Contest is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering the Contest, you grant HTL the right, where permitted by law, to use your name, image and/or likeness for publicity, promotional and marketing purposes relating to the Contest, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
HTL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or amend the Contest if circumstances beyond its control affect the administration, security or fairness of the Contest.
HTL also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless HTL, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising from: (i) your participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to computer, cable, network, hardware, or software malfunctions; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or processing of entries. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by HTL’s negligence
11. Disputes
As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the England and Wales having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable legal fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
