£100 Free Spending Money - Hays Travel Mastercard Terms & Conditions
£100 Free Spending Money on a Hays Travel Mastercard ® (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Hays Foreign Exchange Ltd (the “Promoter”), registered Office: Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA, in partnership with the programme manager, Mastercard Prepaid Management Services Ltd.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Book a Hays Travel exclusive Travelsphere/Just You tour and get £100 GBP loaded to a Hays Travel Mastercard. The four tours the offers apply to are:
• Just You – Experience South Africa departing 3 March 2027
• Just You – Canada & the Rocky Mountaineer departing 18 September 2027
• Travelsphere – The Wonders of Australia departing 15 October 2027
• Travelsphere – Beyond the Golden Triangle departing 25 March 2027
2. The Promotion starts 20 October 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3. The free spending money of £100 GBP will be automatically added to your account, in the GBP purse, 14 days before holiday departure date. The holiday balance must be paid in full before free spending money is issued.
4. If the tour does not operate the free spending money will not be issued.
5. Offer only valid once per cardholder and subject to availability.
6. The Promotion is open only to cardholders who are 18 years of age or older and UK residents.
7. This Promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other form of compensation, credit, or monetary value.
8. This Promotion applies only to purchases made in-branch at Hays Travel Retail branches or via the call centre during the Promotion Period.
9. We reserve the right to suspend, amend, or cancel this Promotion or these T&Cs at any time if we have a valid reason (for example, to correct errors, comply with legal requirements, or address circumstances outside our reasonable control). If we make any significant changes that adversely affect you after you have already qualified, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
10. We are not responsible for any failure to complete a qualifying transaction due to technical faults or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
