Runcorn Branch

I am very proud to say “Welcome to Hays Travel Runcorn”, where I have the honour of being the Branch Manager. I am all about "Making Memories". Travel is my passion and I find getting to share my experience with clients incredibly rewarding. I have worked in Travel for nearly 14 Years and have extensive experience arranging a wide range of holiday's, trips and experiences. I have travelled to over 20 holiday destinations and currently have a love affair with Menorca having visited this particular destination 6 times!

Let me introduce you to my friendly team, who all share my passion for travel and customer service.

Emma is the Assistant Manager. Emma is very passionate about her job and making customers dreams come true. She has worked in travel for nearly 11 years starting as a modern apprentice. Emma love holidays with her family and her favourite so far has been Disneyland Paris, which she described as the most magical destination where dreams really can come true. Hayley is our newest member of staff who is brand new to travel. She is excited to learn all about your holiday experiences to help broaden her knowledge. She has an established customer service background which shows in her warm and welcoming manor. Hayley is extremely well travelled and loves to recommend her favourite desinations. Caroline has just over a years Travel experience. She is excited to learn all about your past holidays to help her expand her knowledge and looks forward to helping you make some amazing memories for life. She has had many holidays and loves Mexico & jamaica for the All Inclusive 5* luxury Hotels. Laura has just returned to travel after having a 3 year break after having a family. Laura has 7 years travel experience and has been on a wide range of holidays, from young and lively girly breaks to amazing family Florida holidays. Laura is committed to finding the very best holiday suited to your needs. Sarah has been with hay’s for 19 years and is a much respected and well loved face within the company. Shara has extensive knowledge and experience in tailor making any kind of experience and makes it her personal responsibilty to find you the perfect holiday.

With all our personal and professional experiences I am sure there someone within our Branch who can find you that perfect holiday that you are looking for and we also believe that you can have the up most faith in us to ensure that all your travel and holiday needs will be exceeded and result in being the most special and memorable experience.

As we are a new branch we have not yet done anything as part of our local community partnership. We will be looking for opportunities to help out and get involved in our local community.
