Terms & Conditions - Predict & Win

This Prize draw is promoted by Hays Travel Limited (HTL) (registered number 01990682) whose registered office is at Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. Eligibility: The Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of HTL their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 


2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of HTL, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales.


3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Tuesday 9th June 2026 at 4pm and ending on Sunday 19th July 2026.  All online entries must be received by 8pm on Sunday 19th July 2026.  These dates are the start and end dates of the tournament and entries are accepted in accordance with the match times throughout the tournament.


4. How to Enter: 
To enter the Contest, participants must complete and submit the online entry form provided for each round of the tournament on the Contest site at https://www.haystravel.co.uk/predict-and-win/

Participants will be required to provide the following information:

  • A username/nickname (participants are encouraged to choose a unique username to help identify their entry and should not use any personal or sensitive information within their username)
  • First name and surname
  • Email address

Participants must also:

  • Confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
  • Confirm that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy
  • Optionally elect to receive marketing communications from Hays Travel by selecting the relevant opt-in box. Marketing consent is not required to enter the Contest.

 

Step 1: Predict the outcome of each match for each round of the tournament.

Step 2: Earn points for every correct score prediction and each winning team prediction.

Results will be shown on the leaderboard, with more points meaning greater chance of winning.

The entry must fulfil all Contest requirements, as specified above, to be eligible to win the prize. Internet access is required to enter the prize draw. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of HTL. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If HTL believes you have used fraudulent methods or otherwise attempted to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of HTL.


5. Prizes: 

Winners will receive one of the following prizes;
The chance to win one of 4 Hays Travel holiday vouchers.

·        1st place - £3,000 Hays Travel voucher

·        2nd place - £1,000 Hays Travel voucher

·        3rd place - £500 Hays Travel voucher

·        4th place - £500 Hays Travel voucher


HTL acts as the agent for the holiday provider with whom the winner may book with and will have a contract with the holiday provider’s where their standard terms and conditions apply.

Applicable to a new booking only & cannot be used to pay balance off an existing booking.  Additional costs to be paid by the winner should the total holiday cost exceed the stated voucher amount. At least one of the travellers on the trip must be aged 18 or over at the time of travel and the winner must be named on the booking. Additional people can be added to the booking at a cost.

HTL does not accept liability if the winner loses the voucher or fails to redeem in accordance with the HTL terms and conditions on the back of the voucher. The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by HTL. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at HTL discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all England and Wales laws and regulations and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for HTL to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.


6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 5 points will be awarded for predicting the exact score for each match, and 3 points will be awarded for predicting the correct winning team of each match.


7. Winner selection and notification: 
Winners of the Contest will be based on the number of points awarded for predicting the score of the matches correctly and the winning team via the Contest requirements. Winners will be notified by email from an official Hays Travel email address to the email used when signing up to enter the competition.  The Winners will be contacted to make arrangements to claim the prize.  This will be announced by Friday 24th July.  HTL shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail, missed notification or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time the winner has been notified then the next highest level of points will win the prize. If two or more participants achieve the same number of points resulting in a tie for any prize-winning position (including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place), the tied participants will be entered into a random draw under the supervision of HTL to determine the final ranking for those positions.


The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all England and Wales laws and regulations. any violation of these official rules by any winner (at hays travel limited sole discretion) will result in such winner's disqualification as winner of the contest and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.


8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that HTL anyone acting on behalf of HTL, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.


9. Terms: HTL reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. HTL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
HTL has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; Hays Travel Limited reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Fifa. Fifa accepts no liability for this competition.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless HTL and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of HTL`s negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations committed by HTL.

11. Disputes: This Contest Is Governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the England and Wales having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable legal fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name surname and country or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Hays Travel Limited, Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland, SR1 3HA. The winner may object to any or all of their surname and county being made available, however, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


14. If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
