Here at Hays Travel, we want to make going on holiday as easy as possible – even if you or someone you're travelling with has reduced mobility or a disability.

We can help find accessible holidays in a variety of destinations and check if your hotel has rooms and facilities suited to your specific needs - including adapted rooms with walk-in and roll-in showers, wider doorways and pool hoists to assist wheelchair users.

Many of our partner cruise lines also offer adapted cabins and accessible amenities on their ships and accessible shore excursions. We can also arrange special assistance at the airport and accessible transport for your transfers to and from your hotel or apartment.
