Welcome to the Hartlepool Middleton Grange Branch.

We opened our store as Hays Travel in early October 2019 and looking forward to the adventures ahead. My name is Vicki and I have been working in the travel industry for over 18 years and have a wide range of knowledge and experience. I have travelled to a number of destinations with Mexico and New York being my favourite.

Let me introduce my team to you firstly we have Carolyn, the assistant manager who has worked in the travel industry for over 40 years. Carolyn has a huge range of destination and product knowledge and has travelled to many exotic destinations and is our cruise expert having travelled on over 15 cruises herself. Nick has worked in travel for just over a year and is our 2nd year apprentice, Nick has travelled over many parts of America and loves talking about this destination. Melanie is our newest member of the team with over 12 years experience working overseas in the canary islands.

The smiling faces that welcome you in our branch are more than travel agents and they do more than sell holidays.
