The facilities at The Haven Khao Lak include: a large 5,000 square-metre saltwater swimming pool which stretches from one side of the resort to the other; sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, 380-metre stretch of beach, two restaurants, two bars, spa with massage, face, and body treatments; spa, aqua, and romance packages; herbal steam room, and sauna; adult-only hotel - only accepts guests above the age of 12, minimarket for snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and travel essentials; and 24-hour reception. NB: Some amenities, services, and activities may incur a charge.

This Thailand hotel has a total of 110 spacious guest units across three categories; comprising Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Pool Access Rooms, and Oceanfront Jacuzzi Villas.
