  Arrive at any time in Cairns. There are no planned activities until the evening welcome meeting, where you'll meet your CEO and fellow travellers. It’s a great chance to get to know the group and learn more about the adventure ahead. You can opt to join the group for a local meal afterwards. Check the lobby notice or ask reception for the meeting time and place. Accommodation: Rydges Esplanade Resort Cairns (or similar).

• Day 2: Cairns to Cape Tribulation

  Head north to Cape Tribulation, stopping at Mossman Gorge for an interpretive walk through the Daintree Rainforest. Led by an Indigenous guide, learn about bush food, medicinal plants, ochre painting, and bush tea. Travel by private vehicle for about 3.5 hours, with scenic stops along the way. This immersive experience connects you with the Kuku Yalanji people’s deep relationship with nature. Accommodation: Cape Tribulation Beach House (or similar). Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch.

• Day 3: Cape Tribulation

  Enjoy a free day in Cape Tribulation. You can opt for a trip to the Great Barrier Reef or explore Daintree National Park. • Day 4: Cape Tribulation to Cairns

  Return to Cairns in the afternoon with free time to explore this laid-back city. En route, stop by Port Douglas and opt to have lunch at a local market. The journey takes about 3.5 hours by private vehicle. Once back in Cairns, enjoy the tropical vibe and maybe stroll the Esplanade or relax at a café. • Day 5: Cairns to Airlie Beach

  Depart early for a full day of travel to Airlie Beach, covering 623km in 9–10 hours by private vehicle. Enjoy scenic views along the way as you journey through Queensland’s lush landscapes. Airlie Beach is a vibrant coastal town and the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands. Settle in and prepare for tomorrow’s island adventure. • Day 6: Whitsunday Islands Excursion

  Spend the day boating around the Whitsunday Islands. Visit Whitehaven Beach, snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef, and hike to a lookout. Enjoy tropical waters, colourful marine life, and stunning views. Snorkel gear is provided (fins excluded for coral conservation). Return to Airlie Beach in the evening. • Day 7: Airlie Beach to Byron Bay

  Fly to Brisbane and transfer to Byron Bay, a laid-back beach town known for its surf culture and bohemian vibe. The flight takes about 2.5 hours, followed by a 2–2.5 hour drive. Settle in and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Accommodation: Byron Beachcomber (or similar).

• Day 8: Byron Bay

  Spend a free morning exploring Byron Bay or opt to prebook a kayaking tour. In the afternoon, enjoy a surf lesson with a trained instructor. • Day 11: Blue Mountains

• Day 14: Sydney (Departure)

  Depart at any time. If you're not ready to leave, your CEO can help with travel arrangements to extend your adventure. Take home unforgettable memories of Australia’s diverse landscapes and experiences.
