Hello, my name is Sophie and I love to make people's holidays extra special. 
 

I’ve now been with Hays Travel for two and a half years, gaining valuable experience across both Business Travel and the Virtual Contact Centre. My passion for travel and tourism started at a young age and has only grown stronger over time. Before joining Hays, I worked for an airline at my local airport, which gave me a solid foundation in the industry and a love for helping passengers make their holidays extra special. Lanzarote, particularly Costa Teguise, holds a special place in my heart — it’s where my family lives and has been our go-to destination for years. I’ve introduced my partner to the island too, and we’ve already been three times together.
