Hays Travel Yeovil Branch Match Day Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

This Prize draw is promoted by Hays Travel Limited (HTL) (registered number 01990682) whose registered office is at Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility
The Contest is open to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of HTL, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of HTL as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales.
3. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted from 31st March 2026 and ending Thursday 2nd April 2026 at 12:00pm (midday). All entries must be received before the closing time to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
4. How to Enter
The Contest must be entered by following the official Hays Travel Yeovil Facebook page and commenting on the competition post with the following: (1) your favourite holiday destination, (2) your favourite chocolate to eat at Easter, and (3) tagging the person you would bring to the football match. The entry must fulfil all Contest requirements, as specified above, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of HTL. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any attempt to submit multiple entries using multiple accounts may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of HTL. Internet access and a Facebook account are required to enter the prize draw.
5. Prizes
Two (2) winners will each receive 2 x tickets to Hays Travel's table in the Glovers Lounge at Yeovil Town FC vs Truro City on Friday 3rd April 2026, including a two-course meal for two. Tickets are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is subject to availability and HTL reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. Specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by HTL. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at HTL's discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses not expressly stated above shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for HTL to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The two (2) winners of the Contest will be selected in a random draw under the supervision of HTL on Thursday 2nd April 2026. Winners will be notified via a reply from the official Hays Travel Yeovil Facebook account directly to their winning comment, followed by a direct message from the official Hays Travel Yeovil Facebook account. HTL shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to incorrect contact information, privacy settings or missed notifications. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time the winner has been notified, then another winner will be drawn in their place. The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all England and Wales laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by any winner (at HTL's sole discretion) will result in such winner's disqualification and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
8. Rights Granted
By entering this Contest, you understand that HTL, anyone acting on behalf of HTL, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including without limitation your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
9. Terms
HTL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should a virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. HTL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or violates these Terms & Conditions. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. Meta accepts no liability for this competition.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering you agree to release and hold harmless HTL and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (iv) any human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of HTL's negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations committed by HTL.
11. Disputes
This Contest is governed by the laws of England and Wales without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in England and Wales having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable legal fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses.

13. Winners List

14. Severability
If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
