What is covered by the Peace of Mind Guarantee?

Your booking comes with a Peace of Mind Guarantee, allowing you flexibility to amend your booking as detailed below:

•    You may amend your booking free of charge up to 14 days before travel for any reason, subject to availability and payment of any increase in the holiday cost passed onto HTOL by the supplier(s) of the holiday package elements. 

•    If Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) guidance changes to advise against travel to your destination, and your departure date is imminent, we will cancel your booking and issue you with a full refund within 14 days of cancellation. Subject to supplier terms and conditions.

•    If the destination to which you are travelling moves to the ‘advise against all travel’ or ‘advise against all but essential travel’ lists or the FCDO advises against travel while you are on holiday, we will do our best to repatriate you before the restrictions begin.
