Introducing from the 1st February 2022 our new Peace of Mind Guarantee
Make the most of free amendments up to 14 days before departure date!
All new bookings made can be amended free-of-charge up to 14 days before departure date.

Subject to availability and payment of any increase in the holiday cost passed onto VISTA by the supplier(s) of the holiday package elements.

Additionally If the destination you are travelling to moves to the UK Government Red List or the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) advises against travel within 14 days of your departure date, we will cancel the booking and issue you with a full refund within 14 days from cancellation.

If the destination to which your customer is travelling moves to the UK Government Red List or the FCDO advises against travel while they are on holiday, we will do our best to repatriate them before the restrictions begin.
