Banbridge Social Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to those who enter via the Hays Travel Banbridge Facebook page and who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Hays Travel Limited, The Halfway House Banbridge, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Hays Travel Limited as final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
The Contest is subject to all applicable laws of England and Wales.

3. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted online starting at 09:00 on Monday 26th January 2026 and ending at 17:30 on the Wednesday 11th February 2026.
All entries must be received by 17:30 on 11th February 2026.

4. How to Enter
The Contest must be entered by following the instructions on the Hays Travel Banbridge Facebook post.
Entries must fulfil all Contest requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete or non‑compliant entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hays Travel Limited.
You may enter only once and may not enter using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules.
Fraudulent methods or attempts to bypass the rules may result in removal from eligibility.

5. Prize
The Prize consists of:
One £100 voucher for The Halfway House Banbridge

Prize Conditions:
Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative
Voucher must be used in accordance with The Halfway House Banbridge’s terms and conditions
Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
Prize must be claimed within 14 days of winner notification or another winner will be drawn
Winner must provide contact information to Hays Travel Banbridge to receive full voucher details
Prize supplied by The Halfway House Banbridge
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Hays Travel Limited to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law

The Prize does not include:
Travel to/from The Halfway House Banbridge
Personal expenditure including additional food, drinks, or incidental costs

6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Hays Travel Limited on Thursday 12th February 2026.
The winner will be notified via Facebook message and/or the contact details provided within seven (7) days of selection.
Hays Travel Limited is not responsible for:
missed notifications due to spam filters or privacy settings
incorrect or non-functioning contact details
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 14 days, another winner will be drawn.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF HAYS TRAVEL LIMITED) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES.

8. Rights Granted by You
By entering, you grant Hays Travel Limited (and those acting on its behalf) the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, likeness, image, statements, and biographical information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes worldwide, without further notice or compensation.

9. Terms
Hays Travel Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should any factor (such as fraud, technical issues, or unauthorised human intervention) compromise its integrity.
Hays Travel Limited may select winners from eligible entries received prior to such action if necessary.
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any social media platform or interfere with the Contest may result in legal action.

10. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
By entering, participants release Facebook from any liability associated with this promotion.
All questions should be directed to Hays Travel Banbridge, not Facebook.

11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Hays Travel Limited, The Halfway House Banbridge, and associated partners from any liability relating to participation in the Contest or use of the Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in this condition limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Disputes
The Contest is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively in a court located within England and Wales, without resort to class action.
Participants waive rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages except for actual out‑of‑pocket expenses.

14. Winners List
To obtain the winner’s name or a copy of these Terms & Conditions, send a stamped, self‑addressed envelope to:

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
