£50 Free Spending Money - Hays Travel Mastercard Terms and Conditions

£50 Free Spending Money on a Hays Travel Mastercard ® (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Hays Foreign Exchange Ltd (the “Promoter”), registered Office: Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA, in partnership with the programme manager, Mastercard Prepaid Management Services Ltd. 
1.    This promotion is valid for selected new holiday bookings made between 12 January and 1 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2.    Eligible Bookings:
a. The promotion applies to new package holiday bookings made with selected suppliers only.
b. Eligible holidays must depart on or after 1 May 2026.
c. A minimum booking value of £1,500 (total booking value, excluding insurance and ancillary add-ons unless otherwise specified) is required to qualify.
3.    Customer Eligibility:
a. Offer is open to both new and existing Hays Travel Mastercard holders.
b. Customers who do not already hold a Hays Travel Mastercard must obtain one before redeeming the promotional credit. Usual card eligibility criteria apply.
4.    Promotional Credit:
a. Qualifying customers will receive £50 spending money (“Promotional Credit”).
b. The Promotional Credit will be loaded onto the customer’s Hays Travel Mastercard 60 days prior to the holiday departure date, provided the booking remains active and fully compliant with these terms.
c. The Promotional Credit has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and may only be used in accordance with the standard Hays Travel Mastercard terms.
5.    Redemption Process:
a. Qualifying customers will be issued a unique redemption code by Hays Travel, 60 days prior to the holiday departure date.
b. The code must be redeemed in branch to activate the £50 Promotional Credit.
c. One code may be redeemed per qualifying booking.
6.    Changes and Cancellations:
a. If a booking is cancelled or amended so that it no longer meets the eligibility criteria, the customer will lose entitlement to the Promotional Credit.
b. If the Promotional Credit has already been loaded and the booking is subsequently cancelled, Hays Travel reserves the right to remove or deduct the value from the customer’s Travel Money Card.
7.    The Promotion is open only to cardholders who are 18 years of age or older and UK residents.
8.    This Promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other form of compensation, credit, or monetary value.
9.    This Promotion applies only to purchases made in-branch at Hays Travel Retail branches.
10.    We reserve the right to suspend, amend, or cancel this Promotion or these T&Cs at any time if we have a valid reason (for example, to correct errors, comply with legal requirements, or address circumstances outside our reasonable control). If we make any significant changes that adversely affect you after you have already qualified, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
11.    We are not responsible for any failure to complete a qualifying transaction due to technical faults or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
