Hays Travel Valentines Promotion (February 2026) £500 Hoseasons Holiday Voucher – Terms and Conditions

  • £500 Hoseasons Holiday Voucher must be redeemed, and holiday booked by 31st December 2026 for arrivals up to and including 31st December 2026.
  • Applicable to a new booking only & cannot be used to pay balance off an existing booking.
  • Additional costs to be paid by the winner should the total holiday cost exceed voucher amount.
  • Holiday must be booked in voucher winners name only, who must also be over 18 years of age and travelling on the booking.
  • Only 1 booking reference will be accepted when using the voucher.
  • Holiday must be booked via Hays Travel only.
  • The voucher is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
  • Hoseasons booking terms and conditions apply.
  • The prize does not include:
  • Travel and/or holiday insurance.
  • Transfers from the winner’s home address to and from the chosen accommodation.
  • Personal expenditure for the duration of the holiday including, food, and drinks, and other incidental costs such additional activities, travel and excursions and tips

 

Booking Information for Travel Agent making the booking

  • Bookings to be via the Hoseasons agents website under a Hays Travel ABTA log in.
  • Please make the booking and take a note of the Booking Reference number.
  • If any additional payment is required over the voucher amount, please also take that payment as you would usually for a customer at your end as this booking will show up on your head office statement for any outstanding payment.
  • Please note commission is not payable on the booking & will be removed once the booking is made, and the voucher has been added on.
  • When the initial booking is confirmed please do not send out the booking confirmation to your customer until the commission is removed and voucher added to the booking (should your customer book to travel whilst the agency sales team are out of the office then you can give them the customer copies of the booking confirmation and the agency copies of booking confirmation will be updated once agency sales are in the office to action).
  • Once the booking is made if you can email agency.sales@hoseasons.co.uk the booking reference for the voucher to be applied to the booking – please ensure that you add in – Prize winner – voucher to be applied – to the email subject header,
