Visiting Kiruna in winter is like stepping into Narnia, endless snowy landscapes, shimmering Northern Lights, and a town in the middle of a remarkable transformation.

Kiruna is actually moving. It's entire centre is being relocated over the next decade to avoid sinking mines - including the stunning wooden church, which is being carefully dismantled and rebuilt. I was lucky to see this up close, and it’s a vivid reminder of the resilience of both the community and the Arctic environment.
