This is only 1 hour 45 minutes on the plane from where I live and it has something for everyone. 
There is a massive theme and water park close by called PortAventura World.
Also so many shops, bars and restaurants on the main street if you want some peaceful relaxation.
The beach is pure golden sand and you can walk into the sea for about 100m and its only up to your knees. The sea is crystal clear and the weather is beautiful.

One of the smaller islands so transfers are never too long.
Tigaki beach in particular is beautiful.
You can get a shuttle easily from anywhere to the main town which is on a harbour. We went on a lovely boat trip and the water was so blue and clear. We had salt crystal on us when we got back on the boat. Then afterwards we found a lovely Greek restaurant. Followed by shopping. All of these things are located in the same area, which is perfect for me. 
They also have the mountains and tour guides will give you a map of where to go. We rented dune buggies, which was a lot of fun and got to see some exceptional views.

Side town is fantastic. They have built glass over the ruins where you shop so you can look down and see all the old ruins which was surreal but amazing.
You could also take a stroll and see the ruins that still stand. 
Side also has an amazing beach and lots of fun water activities. 
We actually done paragliding here, something I would highly recommend."
