I have spent 16 years at Hays Travel, working in both retail and the contact centre, helping people book everyhting from a quick getaway to trips of a lifetime. Travel's always been more of a job for me- its my passion. I have cruised around Europe, explored the Caribbean and experienced the culture in the Far East. I'll jump on a plane at any chance I get.
