Hays Travel is the biggest independent travel agency in the UK with more than 500 branches and 4,500 employees. We can offer our customers impartial advice and an extensive range of opportunities from hundreds of suppliers. Hays Travel also runs 20 Miles Morgan Travel branches in the South West and South Wales; 16 Travel House shops in South Wales; and in June 2025, acquired all 12 of Spear Travels’ branches and its homeworking division.

For more than 30 years, Hays Travel has supported new and established travel agents through the Independence Group. Set up in 1995 by John and Irene Hays, the consortium works with more than 120 loyal members. The aim of the group is to provide an expert, behind-the-scenes operation. Our Personal Travel Consultants (PTCs) are supported to run their own successful businesses and they trade using the Hays Travel brand name.
