Cascade Wellness Resort offers three outdoor pools, two children’s pools, a sand‑bottom pool, sun terraces, three restaurants, two bars, pet‑friendly facilities, and 24‑hour reception. The spa features a heated outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, ice fountain, treatment rooms, and a wide range of therapies. The fitness centre includes indoor Technogym® equipment, large outdoor training areas, classes, and personalised programmes. Families can enjoy a kids’ club, football academy, golf practice, tennis, hiking, bike and water sports, babysitting, and Segway activities.

Cascade Wellness Resort has a total of 105 beautifully-designed guest units across seven categories; ranging from Double Rooms through to Holiday villas with Private Pools, Double Rooms are comfortable, modern, and spacious and draw inspiration in their decor from Africa, Asia, South America, Europe, and Portugal. The Gastropub serves Portuguese dishes, fresh seafood, local specialities, and steaks from midday to 22:30 in a relaxed setting. Mundi Restaurant offers summer‑season themed buffets featuring European, Asian, South American, and African cuisines. Senses Restaurant presents international and Algarve‑inspired fine dining for guests aged 16+ from Friday to Tuesday, with an optional Chef’s Table experience. Lighthouse Bar provides cocktails and light bites until midnight, while Sandy Bay Pool Bar offers daytime snacks and refreshing poolside drinks.
