Tour Itinerary

• Day 1 • UK - San Jose

  Private transfer from the airport to your hotel in San Jose with an evening at leisure to relax or explore.

• Day 2 • Tortuguero

  Travel from your hotel with a land and boat transfer to Tortuguero to explore the canals and enjoy the lodge experience.

• Day 3 • Tortuguero National Park

  Travel to Tortuguero National Park. When you arrive, hop aboard a small boat and take a ride into the depths of the Costa Rican wilderness. Arrive in the middle of this biodiverse area, where freshwater lagoons rest under the canopy of rainforest bordering the ocean. Many animals call this place home, including jaguars and turtles, so listen out for the sounds of the local wildlife as you fall asleep in your lodge tonight.

• Day 4-6 • Arenal

  Your next 3 days are spent in Arenal. On your first day you take a boat and land transfer from Guapiles to Arenal and spend the afternoon at leisure to relax or explore. Spend the following 2 days also at leisure, joining optional tours to hot springs, hanging bridges or a volcano hike.

• Day 7-8 • Monteverde

  Travel from Arenal with a scenic lake crossing and transfer to Monteverde to check in and relax for the rest of your day. The following day can be spent at leisure to explore the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve or enjoy optional zip-lining and nature walks.

• Day 9-13 • Beach Stay

  Transfer to 5-night post-tour beach at 4* Lagarta Lodge/
