• Day 1: UK to Venice, Italy

  Fly, arrive and transfer to your hotel for a 2-night stay.

• Day 2: Venice, Italy

  Explore beautiful Venice on Italy's north-east coast. This city built on water is a popular tourist destination due to its gondola rides, delicious cuisine and stunning Gothic architecture. A maze of winding canals, you can sail up the Grand Canal to visit the stunning Palazzo Ducale and Basilica di San Marco. See works of arts from Bellini and Titian at Gallerie dell Accademia, then head to Scuola Grande di San Rocco to see the intricate and captivating way Tintoretto depicts Old and New Testament scenes. Many canal-side bars host live music that you can enjoy as you dine on fresh seafood dishes and prosecco. Make sure to try Venetian cicheti — similar to tapas — which include dishes such as soft salami and smoked swordfish.

• Day 3: Venice, Italy (Embarkation Day)

  Located on Italy’s Adriatic coast, this charming town is known for its beautiful beaches and rich cultural heritage. It’s the birthplace of the famous composer Gioachino Rossini, celebrated each year with an international opera festival. • Day 5: Sibenik, Croatia

  Šibenik, Croatia, is a charming coastal town on the Adriatic Sea known for its rich history and stunning architecture. The town is home to the UNESCO-listed St. James Cathedral, a masterpiece of Renaissance art. With its narrow, winding streets and views of the sea, Šibenik offers a blend of medieval charm and beautiful coastal scenery, making it a popular destination in Croatia.

• Day 6: Dubrovnik, Croatia

  It was George Bernard Shaw who said: 'Those who seek paradise on earth should come to Dubrovnik.' Indeed, Dubrovnik is a treasure by any measure made more precious by its miraculous restoration. Crowned by the Minceta Tower, the 10th century city walls are the proud symbol of Dubrovnik's colourful history.

• Day 7: Kotor, Montenegro

  This stunning rock-walled chasm splitting the coastal mountains of Montenegro is the longest arm of the sea in southern Europe. Boka harbours one of the prettiest, unspoiled towns you'll ever see, the medieval city of Kotor. Founded by the Romans, fortified during the Byzantine era, then ruled by Venice for much of its history, Kotor has been naturally preserved by its isolation.

• Day 8: Komiza, Croatia

  Vis Island has been described as a pearl among Croatian Adriatic Islands that has been left untouched by tourism for many years. As it develops it is becoming more and more popular particularly with yachtsmen. The island is known for it's many beautiful beaches as well as it's fascinating history. The town of Vis was founded in about 397 B.C. as a base for the Greek colonization of the Adriatic Sea.

• Day 9: Rovinj, Croatia

  Rovinj is a typical example of a Mediterranean town. The town is dominated by the Baroque three-nave church of St. Euphemia (Fuma). Close to the harbour are the clock tower, the Baroque Balbi's Arch and the former 17th century Town Hall. To the east lies the complex of the Franciscan monastery and to the south, Rovinj's oldest monument, the Romanesque heptagonal chapel of the Holy Trinity.

• Day 10: Venice, Italy to UK

  Time to say goodbye and bid farewell. After checkout be privately transferred back to Venice airport for your return journey back to your chosen airport.
