“Travel has always been a huge part of my life, as I’m half Norwegian and have grown up with a real love for the outdoors, particularly hiking, skiing, and adventure travel. I feel touring holidays allow travellers to experience destinations in a more authentic and immersive way, while still feeling well looked after. I love sharing my passion and experiences with customers and inspiring them to try something adventurous they may not have considered before.”
Q1: Have you been on a tour before? If so, which one?
Yes! I have been on one touring holiday so far, but how extraordinary it was. I travelled on a guided tour of the Italian Dolomites with Exodus Adventure, where each day brought breathtaking mountain scenery, well-planned routes, and the reassurance of expert local guides. It was a fantastic introduction to touring holidays and really showed me how immersive and rewarding this style of travel can be.

Q2: How would you describe the tour in one word?
Breathtaking.
Unforgettable. My tour of the Italian Dolomites was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the local guides were extremely knowledgeable. Everything was so well organised, which meant I could fully relax and enjoy the adventure. It completely exceeded my expectations and reinforced just how special a guided touring holiday can be.
Q3: What touring destination would you recommend and why?
I would highly recommend the Italian Dolomites. The dramatic mountain scenery, beautiful alpine villages, and the beautiful sights you see on the way make it an unforgettable destination. It’s perfect for travellers who love the outdoors, adventure, and active holidays, while still enjoying culture, comfort, and amazing food.
Q4: What’s your dream tour and why?
My dream tour would be to any long-haul destination, such as Patagonia or New Zealand. Because I love the outdoors, New Zealand really captures everything I love about adventure travel: dramatic landscapes, unique wildlife, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. With my passion for hiking and exploring remote destinations, a tour would be the perfect way to experience such an extraordinary part of the world.

Q5: What’s your top tip for someone going on a touring holiday?
My top tip would be to pack light but be well prepared. Comfortable footwear and suitable clothing for activities are essential, especially on adventure and walking tours, and packing light makes moving between destinations much easier.

Touring holidays are ideal for customers who want to see more of a destination without the stress of planning.
