Hays Travel unveils step-change in its iSell booking system designed with agents

Hays Travel has invested in a state-of-the-art selling system to make the sales process more efficient and effective for its travel consultants across the group.
The UK’s largest independent travel agency has worked in collaboration with colleagues and technology solutions company Traveltek to overhaul its current iSell booking system.
After unveiling it at Hays Travel’s Overseas Conference this week, the new system will be trialled at 18 branches starting week beginning 17 November, with full roll-out anticipated by the end of December.
Cressida Sergeant, Chief Commercial Officer of Traveltek, said: “I have been bowled over by the passion and enthusiasm of the Hays Travel agents. When we met them in branches, they were very clear about what they wanted and gave us open feedback.
