Born and raised in beautiful South Africa,, every corner of my home country tells a story - and I love helping others discover it, so whether I’m exploring Africa’s wilderness or enjoying a quiet afternoon in a Greek village, travel continues to connect me - to places, people, and purpose.

Ten years ago, life took me to Greece-a place that felt instantly like home. Being half Greek, I was drawn to its warmth, its traditions, and the genuine kindness of its people. Greece taught me to slow down, to savour life, and to appreciate beauty in the everyday. From the golden beaches and turquoise waters to the scent of jasmine in the evening air, everything about Greece felt familiar yet magical. There’s a rhythm to life there that’s impossible not to fall in love with-a slower, more intentional way of living that reminds you to pause, breathe, and truly take in the moment.

My connection to Greece runs deeper than just admiration-it’s part of who I am. The culture, the food, the family gatherings that stretch long into the night-they all speak to something in my soul. The sound of waves lapping the shore, the laughter echoing through narrow village streets, and the aroma of freshly baked bread from a local bakery bring me comfort like nowhere else. Greece is more than a destination; it’s a feeling of belonging, a place where every sunrise brings gratitude and every sunset whispers peace.

I lived in Crete for five years, and during that time, I experienced the island’s unique blend of rugged beauty and heartfelt hospitality. The locals welcomed me like family, sharing stories, traditions, and meals that became cherished memories. Crete, with its crystal-clear waters, mountain trails, and timeless charm, deepened my love for Greece and for the art of meaningful travel. Each day there was a reminder of life’s simple joys-sunshine, community, and connection. My years in Crete shaped me profoundly and left an imprint that will stay with me forever.
