Hi, I’m Robyn!

I’ve been working in the travel industry for over six years now. I started my journey as an in-store apprentice, and I’m now proud to be part of the Virtual Contact Centre, working from home and helping customers from all over.Travel has always been a huge part of my life, and I absolutely love what I do. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping people plan their dream holidays-it truly brings me so much joy. One of the best parts of my job is getting to speak with people from all walks of life, each with their own unique travel stories and dreams.

Disneyland Paris is a magical destination where fairy tales come to life. Located just outside Paris, it combines the charm of French culture with the wonder of Disney. Visitors can explore two incredible parks: Disneyland Park, with its iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle, and Walt Disney Studios Park, which celebrates the art of filmmaking. From thrilling rides and spectacular shows to meeting beloved Disney characters, there’s something for everyone. The resort also features themed hotels, dining experiences, and seasonal events that make each visit unique. Whether you're young or young at heart, Disneyland Paris offers unforgettable memories in a world full of imagination and adventure.

I’ve been fortunate enough to travel extensively from a young age, but my greatest passion by far is… Disney! Affectionately known as the Disney Queen, I visit Disneyland Paris at least once a year, I’ve been to Walt Disney World Florida four times, and most recently, I had the incredible opportunity to experience a Disney Cruise! Each trip reminds me why Disney holds such a special place in my heart—the attention to detail, the storytelling, and that unmistakable feeling of joy the moment you step through the gates. No matter where I go, Disney continues to capture my imagination and bring out my inner child every single time.

Disneyland Paris, in particular, is somewhere truly special to me. I first visited as a child, and returning as a parent to share that same magic with my own children was unforgettable. Watching their faces light up as they meet their favourite characters is a moment that’s impossible to put into words. It’s like watching dreams come to life right in front of you. From the sparkling castle to the sound of laughter filling the air, every visit feels both nostalgic and new. It’s a place where time stands still and magic feels wonderfully real.

What I love about Disneyland Paris is that it’s perfect for all ages. From gentle, family-friendly rides with no height restrictions to thrilling rollercoasters for adrenaline-seekers, there really is something for everyone. But it’s not just about the rides-the magic goes beyond that. The parades are my absolute favourite; I get emotional every single time! And don’t even get me started on the food-everything just tastes better when it’s Mickey-shaped! Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a returning fan, Disneyland Paris offers a kind of magic that stays with you forever, creating memories that truly last a lifetime.
