Hays Travel Torquay Local Community Partnership

Hays Travel Torquay arranged a 10 mile charity walk in aid of Devon Mind. Devon Mind is a mental health charity that provides advice, information and support to empower anyone living in Devon who may be experiencing a mental health challenge.

The branch arranged to walk 10 miles in aid of the charity, and walked from Berry Head in Brixham, to Torquay Harbour in support of the charity. Despite the walk being challenging, the six-strong team from the branch successfully completed the walk, all in aid for Devon Mind.

In total, the branch managed to raise over £600 which will go towards helping to develop Devon Mind’s services and help those who need it the most. Hays Travel Torquay’s manager, Carly, shared that herself and the team are ‘so grateful for everyone who supported the team and donated.’
