St Annes Local Community Partnership

Hays Travel St Annes arranged a charity walk in aid of Heyhouses Endowed CofE Primary School, which is part of The Coastal Collective. The Coastal Collective supports children and families with additional needs or vulnerabilities, whilst promoting health and wellbeing.

For the walk, James B and James E from the branch walked a near 17 mile circular route from Lancaster to Morecambe, and then back to Lancaster. During the walk, James B and James E kept their customers and followers updated on their progress on their Facebook page and encouraged everyone to support their cause. 

In total, the branch raised £350 for The Coastal Collective which will go towards helping with children’s mental health within the school and the community hub that they operate.
