Preston Morrisons Local Community Partnership

Hays Travel Preston Morrisons took part in the Moonlight and Memories Walk 2025 in aid of, and arranged by St Catherine’s Hospice. St Catherine’s Hospice cares for patients and families across Chorley, Preston and South Ribble who are affected by life-shortening conditions such a cancer, motor neurone disease and heart conditions. 

The branch gathered for the 40th anniversary edition of the Moonlight and Memories Walk, and opted to take part in the 6 mile version of the walk. The walk started in the ground of St Catherine’s Hospice and went through the local area, before returning back at St Catherine’s Hospice. 

The branch claimed that the walk was very successful, and they managed to raise £615 for St Catherine’s Hospice which will allow the Hospice to continue to provide for those who need the most in the community.
